What is Subscribe & Save?
Subscribe and Save is an easy way to simplify your life.
You’ll never have to worry about running out of your favourite VITAMAN products.
Just select which product you want delivered to you, how often and we’ll take care of it.
You will receive notification of when you’re order is shipped. You can change the frequency and quantity on your account at anytime.
How do I sign up?
Just visit any product page and select the checkbox for “Subscribe & Save” and choose the frequency.
Click "Place my order", you confirm that your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will automatically be charged the subscription price according to the Order summary section of this page until you cancel your subscription.
For every customer that uses the ReCharge checkout, a Customer Portal will be created in ReCharge that allows customers to access and manage their subscriptions. The Customer Portal can be accessed using a unique, hashed link that is sent to you via email.
Customers can also access their Customer Portal by logging into their VITAMAN account. Customers can view their VITAMAN orders, access link to manage your subscriptions.
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
When do my items ship?
Your first order will ship within 2 business days. All future orders will ship depending on the frequency your chose when placing your order.
Eg. If you place your first order on 10th January and choose 4 week frequency, your 2nd order will ship 10th February.

Shipping costs will be charged at our standard rates.
Orders over $50 will be free in Australia, United States & New Zealand.
Other territories are calculated by weight at checkout.
What do I do if I want to skip my next order, cancel or change any quantities or product types?
All you need to do is log into your Recharge account and make the changes yourself. You’re in charge.
You can edit your subscriptions, update billing info, or see your purchase history through the customer portal via their customer account logins.
